What is the standard shipping timeframe?
Most in-stock items ship within 2 to 5 business days. If an item is backordered by the manufacturer, we will notify you immediately with an estimated ship date.
Can I return unused wallpaper rolls or fabric yardage?
Returns are subject to the specific manufacturer's policy. Generally, unopened wallpaper rolls may be returned within 30 days subject to a restocking fee, while custom-cut fabric yardage is typically non-returnable.
How do I calculate how much wallpaper I need?
We recommend using a professional installer to measure your space. You must account for the pattern repeat and potential waste; it is always safer to order an extra roll to ensure you have the same dye lot.
