At Eades Wallpaper & Fabrics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor project. If you are not happy with your purchase, most unopened and uncut items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our customer service team via email or phone to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back.

• 2.
  Pack Securely

  Place the unused wallpaper rolls or fabric bolts in their original protective packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Product

  Affix the return label and clearly mark your RMA number on the outside of the box, then drop it off at your preferred insured shipping carrier.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and confirms the items are in resalable condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
